1:1 Somatic Healing

Somatic healing is an approach to healing that focuses on the mind-body connection. It recognises that our bodies hold onto emotions and experiences, and by tuning into our body's sensations, we can release stored tension, trauma, and stress. It's a powerful way to promote healing and well-being by reconnecting with our body's wisdom and resilience. Embracing somatic healing can lead to a deeper sense of peace, balance, and wholeness. It's a journey of self-discovery and self-compassion.

Please leave a phone number in the notes section of your order along with your email when placing an order so I can make contact with you to arrange a time. 

Please give 72  hours notice if you need to cancel the appointment. The appointment can be moved to another date. 

If you fail to be present for your appointment no refund will be given. It is your responsibility to show up at the scheduled time. 

If I am unwell you will be made aware as soon as possible,so we can reschedule your appointment when I am better.
