Talking Therapy

The price is marked as £0 this is so we can have our initial consultation and discuss your individual needs.  

This call gives you an opportunity to discuss anything that is on your mind. Free from jugement and giving you a safe space to talk and open up. Taking therapy helps the healing process by encouraging you to  change your perspective in order to help you heal from trauma. It wasn’t your fault and you are not to blame. 

These counselling calls are carried out through what’s app and each session lasts 1 hour.These calls provide you with a safe space to open up. 

Please give 72 hours notice if you need to cancel the appointment. The appointment can be moved to another date. 

Anything you discuss in our sessions will be kept confidential allowing you a safe space to open up and share. This is a judgement free space and I aim to help you be the best version of you.  

Please leave a phone number in the notes section and an  email when you are placing an order so I can make contact with you to arrange a time.  

If I am unwell you will be made aware as soon as possible,so we can reschedule your appointment when I am better.
